Return & Exchange

We are happy to assist you for return or exchange requests!

1. Invoice and Till Receipt:
Please keep your original invoice and till receipt. It is your proof of purchase if you intend to exchange, refund or repair any items within the conditions below. No exchange, refund or repair will be considered without it.

2. Box and Packing:
Please keep your items together with their complete box and inner packaging if you intent to exchange or refund any items within the conditions below. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.

3. 15-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
If you change your mind, provided that the merchandise is as new, in a re-saleable condition and any consumables (cartridges, blank tapes, CDs or DVDs), and accessories (cables, charger, batteries etc.) are still sealed, exchange or refund can be granted at Carrefour's discretion within 15 days of purchase (see notes 1 & 2).
* Exceptions:
a. Mobile phones, laptop computers, printers, cameras, hygienic items (bread or hair care items, dental care items), watches and jewelry are not subject to any exchange or refund, unless found defective by an After Sales Service Center notice within 15 days.
b. Consumables (CDs DVDs, tapes, software, games, and cartridges, blank CDs, blank DVDs, blank tapes...) are not subject to any exchange or refund. In case of defect within 15 days, a replacement of the same item will be granted at Carrefour's discretion (see note 1).

4. After 15 days:
Any item from the heavy household department found defective from the manufacturer will be sent to supplier's workshop - under the warranty for repair (see note 1).

5 Home Appliances
Any item subject to home delivery will be exchanged or refunded within the above-mention conditions, only after receiving written confirmation of collection or non-delivery of the item by our supplier (see notes 1 & 2).

6. Refund mode:
Refunds will be made in cash only on items paid for in cash (see articles 1 & 2).

7. Repair Conditions:
* There is no warranty without proof of purchase.
* Any product will be repaired within a maximum of 15 days.
* After that period, an exchange voucher amounting the paid value will be given to the customer (see article 2).
* There is NO warranty on accessories (Batteries, Chargers, Brushes, Hoses...)
* Items subject to home delivery (TVs, Home Theaters, big appliances) are entitled to onsite maintenance in conjunction with our supplier's services.

*Carrefour won’t be responsible for any item not collected by customer for more than One year from the submission date for repair or checkup.

 *Carrefour won’t be responsible for any data loss during repair or Software update.

 *Any repair required for a physical damaged item should be get a prior approval by the service center.

 *Any issue concerning the Software is not covered by warranty.

7. Extended Warranty repairing rules:

*The Extended warranty repairing period 30days. 

*There is no warranty on accessories (batteries, Chargers, Brushes, Hoses and vacuum filter).

*Software is not included in the warranty and not responsible for the data lost.
