These punchy Bart yellow mustard seeds can be used in spice mixes to add some warmth to meat, seafood, and veggies or as a flavouring in pickles. A mild nutty seed that can be added to chutneys. Fry in a little oil until they start to pop and add to a simple carrot salad with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add to curries, chutneys and bread.
