Bob's Red Mill Baking Soda 454g

Made from deposits of mineralized sodium bicarbonate and extracted by a simple water process.
Used with buttermilk, lemon juice, cocoa and cause dough to rise without yeast.
Can replace baking powder when used with an acidic ingredient.
