Preparation and usage
Deep frying preparation: heat enough oil for deep frying, place sadia nuggets while still frozen, into the hot oil, and fry for 1.5min, when sadia nuggets come to surface, turn them over and let them fry for another 1.5min. unitl they become golden brown, drain on paper towels and serve hot, shallow frying preparation: Grease a shallow frying pan with oil, then place sadia nuggets while still frozen, let them fry for around 4minutes, until they become golden brown on one side, turn them over and complete the heating process for another 4 minutes at low heat, unitl they become golden brown evenly.
